With over a decade of experience in the employee benefits technology space, Holly is the visionary behind The Benefit Builders. She is passionate about helping brokers and employers navigate the often complex world of benefits enrollment, bringing a unique blend of expertise, innovation, and heart to every project. Holly leads her team with a commitment to delivering exceptional service, seamless technology, and meaningful results — all while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Known for her sharp attention to detail, proactive communication, and unwavering dedication, Holly is a trusted partner to clients and carrier partners alike. She takes pride in building long-lasting relationships and creating solutions that not only work but truly make a difference for HR teams and employees.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys life in the beautiful city of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, where she loves spending time with her husband and three children, exploring the outdoors, and making the most of family time.

Jacob Palkovich brings over a decade of experience in technology, with a specialty in data integrity, secure connections, and ethical automation. Starting his career in machine tech operations, Jake found his niche in the world of SFTP connections, data pipelines, and smart coding solutions—areas where most people yawn, but he lights up. As The Benefit Builders' Ethical AI & Data Analyst, Jake ensures that all integrations are not only fast and secure, but also compliant, scalable, and human-centered. His passion lies in making complex systems feel simple and ensuring that every data-driven solution respects privacy and intent. Jake lives and works in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, where he enjoys life with his wife and three kids. When he's not elbow-deep in code, you’ll likely find him enjoying the outdoors—especially in the summer months. We’re lucky to have Jake on the team. His curiosity, precision, and steady energy make him one of our most trusted behind-the-scenes innovators.

HRIS PLATFORM BUILD EXPERIENCE DEPARTMENT

Kaelina specializes in optimizing benefits platforms, bringing a strategic and forward-thinking approach to streamlining processes and improving overall functionality. She is passionate about delivering user-friendly, efficient solutions that meet the evolving needs of both employers and employees. Through careful analysis and innovative problem-solving, Kaelina enhances platform performance, making it easier for companies to manage their benefits programs while providing employees with a seamless, intuitive experience. Her work not only improves operational efficiency but also drives higher engagement and satisfaction across organizations. With a strong focus on quality, scalability, and user experience, Kaelina plays a key role in transforming the way businesses approach benefits management in today’s dynamic environment.

CLIENT-FACING IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

Kim brings a rare combination of heart, humor, and hands-on expertise to The Benefit Builders team. With a background spanning from education to military service—and now benefits technology—she specializes in core and supplemental case builds on platforms like Selerix and Employee Navigator. Her strengths include lightning-fast response times, meticulous eligibility management, and a sharp eye for spotting case build issues before they become problems. A native Floridian currently enjoying life on 5.5 peaceful acres in Valley, Alabama, Kim is a proud mom, grandma, and devoted pet parent to Boris and Booger (yes, there’s a story). Her earlier career included everything from teaching high school English to serving in the Air Force, before finding her home in the benefits industry—most recently at Aflac. When she's not solving benefit build puzzles, you'll find Kim cruising, hosting family pool days, or cooking up a storm at Stearns Landing Bistro, where no one ever leaves hungry. Known for her warmth and humor, Kim has never met a stranger—and she’s excited to make new connections with clients and colleagues alike at The Benefit Builders.

CARRIER CONNECTIONS/EDI DEPARTMENT

With more than 12 years of experience in benefits administration, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to every client interaction. She holds a Broker’s License, Medicare Certification, and is SHRM-CP certified — credentials that reflect her deep commitment to both compliance and client service.

Ashley is known not only for her technical expertise, but also for her approachable, supportive style. Whether guiding a client through complex plan builds or helping navigate benefits questions, she’s a steady and reliable resource.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and beloved dogs — a proud, family-focused professional who infuses her work with both heart and know-how. She’s a valued member of our team and a key part of the excellent service we strive to deliver every day.

MARKETING AND CLIENT ONBOARDING DEPARTMENT
Maysen brings a unique blend of technical expertise and creative marketing solutions to the table, playing a pivotal role in helping us highlight the power of technology in transforming the benefits experience. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of market trends, Maysen crafts compelling narratives that not only capture attention but also drive engagement. Their strategic approach to quoting ensures accuracy and efficiency, while their innovative marketing initiatives strengthen our brand presence and communicate our value in a dynamic, evolving industry. Maysen’s passion for both precision and creativity makes them an indispensable part of our team, bridging the gap between technical excellence and impactful storytelling. Outside of work, Maysen lives in beautiful Hayden Lake, Idaho with her husband and their snuggly boxer, Bear. A creative at heart, she brings her background in graphic design into every aspect of her work—from building intentional client experiences to crafting standout marketing. In her downtime, she enjoys practicing yoga and loves baking and cooking for the people she loves most.

CUSTOMER & CLAIMS SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

Brittany Truitt brings over 7 years of experience in the claims support industry, combining efficiency with empathy to ensure every client feels heard and helped. With a hands-on approach and deep knowledge of benefits administration, Brittany oversees all customer service and claims inquiries using a structured ticketing system that supports transparency, compliance, and peace of mind for HR teams.

Based in Columbus, Georgia, Brittany is not only a champion for clients—she’s also a proud mom, outdoor enthusiast, and avid gamer.

IT SPECIALIST & CODER

As one half of the Palkovich tech duo, Nick Palkovich brings quiet brilliance and deep technical skill to The Benefit Builders team. Based in Helena, Montana, Nick is a detail-obsessed coder and IT specialist who supports everything from secure data transfers to backend platform customization. Whether he's troubleshooting a stubborn file feed or writing clean, efficient code for a new integration, Nick is all about precision, performance, and getting it done right the first time. His ability to anticipate challenges before they arise makes him an invaluable partner in our build process.

Nick shares his life with his wife Hannah and their three adorable cats, who often provide both entertainment and background commentary during remote work hours. He’s a builder at heart—with a love for clean code, problem-solving, and quietly making things work better than they did before.
