Kim brings a rare combination of heart, humor, and hands-on expertise to The Benefit Builders team. With a background spanning from education to military service—and now benefits technology—she specializes in core and supplemental case builds on platforms like Selerix and Employee Navigator. Her strengths include lightning-fast response times, meticulous eligibility management, and a sharp eye for spotting case build issues before they become problems. A native Floridian currently enjoying life on 5.5 peaceful acres in Valley, Alabama, Kim is a proud mom, grandma, and devoted pet parent to Boris and Booger (yes, there’s a story). Her earlier career included everything from teaching high school English to serving in the Air Force, before finding her home in the benefits industry—most recently at Aflac. When she's not solving benefit build puzzles, you'll find Kim cruising, hosting family pool days, or cooking up a storm at Stearns Landing Bistro, where no one ever leaves hungry. Known for her warmth and humor, Kim has never met a stranger—and she’s excited to make new connections with clients and colleagues alike at The Benefit Builders.
